Overview
ETU is an English education provider in Vietnam that brings native teachers and practical programs to schools across the southern provinces. As ETU moved to a digital-first model, Enosta built a connected platform to run operations and engage students, plus a new brand to support growth.
The situation
Manual processes slowed ETU's growth.
As ETU expanded into online learning and B2B services, they faced:
- Manual operations: Scheduling and class management done by hand.
- Slow communication: Between teachers and schools.
- No digital channel: To support learning and reach students and parents outside class.
- Unclear brand: Inconsistent positioning and visual identity.
- Admin portal
- Teacher Portal
- Student Mobile App
The solution
A connected platform for staff, teachers, and students.
Admin portal: One system for ETU's academic and operations teams.
- Curricula, schools, classes, teachers and students in one place
- Teaching programs and schedules generated from lesson hours and curricula
- Teacher assignments, substitutions, and make-up classes
- Schedule notifications and learning updates
- Homework assignment, review and progress tracking
Teacher Portal:A part of the admin portal, dedicated for teachers to manage teaching activities and interact with students.
- Teaching schedules and assigned classes
- Personal teaching materials and curricula
- Homework, submissions, and grading
- Student performance records
Student Mobile App:A mobile learning and interaction app designed to support learning beyond the classroom.
- Lessons and extra learning materials
- Homework and grades in the app
- Contact with teachers outside class
- Real-time notifications and announcements
Brand Strategy & Design: Define a long-term branding strategy, and create consistency across all touchpoints
- Define brand purpose, vision, mission and positioning: “Practical & Applied English”
- Designed a standardized logo system and design system for consistent application
Website: A central platform for credibility and conversion
- Designed a bilingual website structure
- Delivered UI/UX aligned with the brand design system
- Built course pages, teacher profiles, and partner information to support trust and engagement

The process
- Ideation and design: Analysed workflows · User interviews · Defined system logic · Design system and UI/UX · Validated with prototypes
- Development: Admin platform, teacher portal and student app
- Deployment: User acceptance testing · Release to production
- Launch and grow: New brand rolled out across website, social and sales materials · Product rollout preparation
