Overview
LaKar is an EdTech product that uses AI to turn lectures and recordings into structured visual notes, so students and educators can keep and revisit knowledge. LaKar came to Enosta with a concept and early experiments. They needed a proof of concept, then a working prototype, with the goal of a market-ready MVP later.
The situation
LaKar needed a product partner to turn their vision into a working product.
- No in-house tech team: A strong concept and early experiments, but no technical team to build it.
- Unproven core idea: They needed to know if AI could turn speech into useful visual notes before building more.
- Long-term plan: Beyond the technology, they needed a strategy, feature roadmap and architecture for growth.
- Record or upload speech
- Get an automatic summary of key points
- Generate Cornell-style visual notes
The solution
Validating AI-powered visual note-taking through fast experiments and prototypes.
Proof of concept A lightweight test of the core question: Can spoken content become structured, meaningful visual notes?
- Pipeline combining speech-to-text and summarisation models
- First support for image generation with predefined prompts
Working prototype An interactive prototype on a live link, where users can:
- Record or upload speech
- Get an automatic summary of key points
- Generate Cornell-style visual notes with text and images

The process
- Validate: Test the core idea with a proof of concept
- Prototype: Design the user experience and build a working prototype
- Plan: Shape the feature roadmap and architecture for an MVP

The result
A validated idea that opened doors for LaKar.

Building a startup comes with its own set of challenges, and I don't want to have further headaches looking for other partners. With Enosta's end-to-end solution, there's no need to go through the hassle of searching elsewhere. They truly understand our vision and have an ecosystem designed to support our journey from technology to commercialization. That's what I truly appreciate.
